The A to Zs of Settlement is a course designed to further educate real estate licensees on matters related to the settlement process, the dual purposes of the purchase order, and the multi-faceted roles and obligations of the buyer, broker, lending company and title agency in this process. As the course progresses, licensees will become increasingly familiar with the time constraints and documentation required at each step of the Loan Estimate process as well as the many types of disclosure that their clients will need to understand and, possibly, question in order to experience a successful real estate transaction. Additionally, knowledge gained from this course will empower licensees to better assist their clients as they interact with key decision makers at their lending company.
